Senator Denise Harper Angel, D-Louisville, honors Ms. Wheelchair Kentucky, Laura Reynolds of Louisville, on the floor of the Kentucky Senate.  Ms. Reynolds is a student at Indiana University Southeast, where she is majoring in journalism.
